- Las semillas y su siembra deberán cumplir con los estándares de calidad y demás parámetros establecidos en la Resolución ICA 3168 de 2015 y con el Plan de manejo, bioseguridad y seguimiento de la Resolución ICA 72221 de 2020, o en cualquier otra que las modifique o sustituya.
- El uso de la cosecha de estas siembras estará de acuerdo con las autorizaciones que se tengan para esos fines.
- El responsable de este OVM queda obligado a realizar seguimiento a la tecnología cumpliendo con lo estipulado en el plan de bioseguridad y manejo, enviando al ICA informes de todas las acciones exigidas en el seguimiento a la tecnología de acuerdo con las resoluciones 72221 de 2020, 91505 de 2021 y demás normas vigentes sobre la materia.
No se requiere tomar medidas de mitigación más allá de las prácticas normales.
